Shipping policy
We do our best to get your Drift Craft goodies out to you as soon as possible.
All orders for stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note custom made orders will take longer and will be dependent on item ordered, current stock availability and work volumes.
Should you require your item for a specific date or require a quick turnaround, please contact us and we'll do our best to get it to you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Our Standard shipping rate is £3.99 for UK delivery.
Please check each item as we don't always offer shipping as standard on some of our larger, more fragile items such as the Driftwood Gin Bar Mirrors which are generally available for collection or local delivery. However, we're happy to arrange deliveries on these items should the be required.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over £30 within 5km of Jo's worksop in Tuckton (BH6). For orders under £30, we charge £3.99 for local delivery.
Deliveries days/times vary and remain flexible. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Collection
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Jo's workshop (BH6). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days for stock items. Custom made orders may take longer depending on work volumes at time of ordering. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our collection hours are flexible and generally available 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Europe and the rest of the world at a standard rate of £15.99.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Drift Craft by Jo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Driftcraftbyjo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns of stock items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that all Jo's crafted Items are rustic and by nature have defects which add to their charm.
We do not accept returns for Custom and personalised items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Driftcraftbyjo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
